Biography
In my youth, raced bikes and held a USACycling Expert Coaching license.
Retired field geologist involved in the search for industrial and precious metals, university and community college instructor. Post-retirement, held a Merchant Mariner Captain's license and operated a sailing and motorboat school and chartering business at Camano Island State Park.
Interested in coaching anyone who has aspirations to do e.g. STP (have done 15-20 times including several one-dayers) or other long distance rides.
Hoping to be a "model" of what one can do physically in their later years if they just keep moving.
