How Members can Post Photos to PHOTO ALBUM Menu

Members can create Photo Albums and publish them on our website for other members to enjoy.  Members must first create a PHOTO ALBUM, then add PHOTOS to it -- as few as 1 or as many as 300.  You can create as many PHOTO ALBUMS as you wish to, or you can only ever create  just 1 album and keep adding and deleting photos in it.
