Saturday is a perfect day for riding our bikes. Well, there are six other good days too, but let’s focus on what’s right in front of us.
We'll meet at the Seafarer’s Memorial Park, 601 Seafarers Way, Anacortes, WA 98221

If we’re quick we might make the 10:15 boat. If we treat it more like a weekend and take our time, we for sure should be able to make the 10:45 ferry.
Prices: $8.50 adult + bike or $6.50 senior + bike.
Purchase ferry tickets ahead of time online or via the Guemes Island app (download from your phone’s app store).
Download the route to your phone or bike computer if you’d like to know where we’re going. If that’s too much bother, come anyway and we’ll work it out together. Maybe all that navigation jazz will come later (if at all).

Like most of our islands around here, Guemes has some hills. Revolution by revolution and before you know it, you’ve made it to the top. The more we do the better we get.
Lunch after the ride can be on the island at the Guemes Store, or back on Fidalgo at Gere-a-Deli.
Both e-bikes and acoustic are welcome.
*Safe bike handling skills are required*
Faster riders feel free to pull ahead as a group.
If you finish ahead of the main body of riders, please text me when you are safely back at the starting point (John Yaeger 360.708.6862).

On these club rides we don't leave anyone behind.
Helmets are required.
Sign up for this ride online and complete the release/waiver.
There will be a paper sign up form on morning of ride if all else fails.
