The City of Mount Vernon will host a public meeting on Monday, September 14 at 6:00 PM at Katt’s 2.0 (100 S Barker St, Mount Vernon, WA 98273 - next to Katt’s Westside Stories) to discuss proposed e‑bike regulations. Parks & Recreation Director Jennifer Berner will present updates on trail access, helmet requirements, and rules for Class 1–3 e‑bikes.
All residents and riders are encouraged to attend and share input.
