Description: Welcome to September. Hard to believe that summer is almost in the review mirror. This Thursday’s ride will start from the parking area adjacent to the Son’s of Norway Lodge in Conway. We will make our way down to North Stanwood and loop back east of I-5. Let’s get out and enjoy the day!
Pace and Route: Depending on group size this will be both a moderate (13-16 mph) and social pace (10-13 mph) ride. This route will have a little climbing and some flat. Good route for continued endurance building.
