Save the date – Music, bicycling, and a great venue. What better way to spend a summer evening? This begins the SBC Summer Concert Series Rides
-July 10 – Anacortes, Seafarers' Memorial Park – Eden- Music starts at 6 PM and ends at 8 PM. See the SBC Event Listing for directions and to register.
-Ride: 24 Miles 870 ft. Seafarer's Park - March Point ride with two spectacular views. Ride starts at 3:30 PM
https://ridewithgps.com/routes/55938973 (Copy link to RWGPS). We depart from the Seafarer's Memorial at the NE corner of the parking area. Note: The climb to the spectacular Cap Sante viewpoint is at the end of the ride and is optional.
-Parking: Park near the Seafarer's Memorial parking area. When you arrive, leave your food in your car and take your lawn chair(s) to the special SBC area on the lawn, which is designated with FLAGS. (This will help reserve our lawn area) This will be where we gather for music, picnic dinner, and socializing. . After the ride, you can take your bike to the picnic/music event or leave it locked with your car.
-Event Information: This is a BYOB Picnic dinner/music/dance event. Libations are OK. Bring your lawn chair to sit with everyone, eat your picnic dinner, socialize, listen to good music, and dance with the beautiful Fidalgo Bay and Mt. Baker views as a backdrop. NOTE- There are a few food stands if you do not bring your picnic dinner.
