Skagit Cycle Center (SCC) has graciously agreed to sponsor a second bicycle maintenance class to be held at the Burlington store on May 27th at 5 PM. This session will cover basic bicycle maintenance such as how to do a pre-ride safety check, cleaning and lubricating your chain, cleaning your bicycle, and possibly us various other topics as time allows.
The class will be limited to 20 people, eight of which will be able to bring their bikes in and have them put up on stands to get hands-on experience. Contact Barry Antler at president@skagitbicycleclub.org if you are interested in bringing your bike. I will contact the first eight members that let me know they are interested in the third week in May.
The folks over at SCC also wanted me to remind you that Skagit Bicycle Club members get a 10% discount on every item in the store (except on bicycles).
