WSDOT has announced an e-bike rebate program with rebates ranging from $300 to $1200.
To qualify for the $1200 rebate, applicants must have a pre-tax household income at-or-below 80 percent of their county-area median income (also known as AMI). 2023 Skagit County median income was $85,474. 80% of that is $68379.2 https://www.neilsberg.com/insights/skagit-county-wa-median-household-income/. The current value of median income is probably a little higher.
10,000 vouchers are expected to be issued across the State of Washington, 60% of which will be to low income applicants.
Program applications are accepted only for two weeks, between April 7 and April 23, 2025.
